The Snake is yet another entrant whose drug and behavioral problems prevented him from winning the big one. A huge influence on countless wrestlers and known for his charisma and psychology, Jake Roberts will go down as one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. It's such a shame you couldn't add "former World Champion" along with his accolades, but he helped the careers of Steve Austin, Diamond Dallas Page, Raven, and Sting in large ways.

I know it isn't necessarily the point of the article , but Roberts was the very essence of someone who didn't need to win a World Title. Either from a character standpoint, or in terms of overness.
