Maria was in discussions with WWE to return last year, but a few of the 'influential' Divas put paid to that. Similarly, it was assumed Mike was going to be joining WWE after a tryout in 2013, but no contract was forthcoming at that time. Maria turned from being a ditzy WWE Diva into a competent in-ring performer with a great character. This has only been enhanced since joining her real life fiancé Mike in Ring Of Honor. Again, similarly, Mike has worked hard honing his act, and has become no only a great wrestler but an excellent heel. They really are a match made in heaven, in every aspect. Should they go to WWE? Although I would love to see it, I will say no. If they were signed by TNA they would very quickly become an established top-tier act and the sky would be the limit.
