WWE: 10 Incredible Money In The Bank Ladder Match Spots

8. Ladder Fight! (2011)

Everyone has heard of pillow fights and food fights, but have you ever heard of a ladder fight? That€™s how the 2011 Raw edition of the Money in the Bank ladder match started out: as each wrestler made his way to the ring, they would take a ladder that happened to be propped up at ringside and carry it with them into the ring. Everyone had the same idea, and soon all eight wrestlers were standing in the ring each holding a ladder. It was a smart way to get the crowd hyped up because who wouldn€™t get excited to see eight wrestlers go nuts and swing ladders at each other? You won€™t see a situation like that taking place in any other kind of match. Once the bell rang, the ladders were swinging in all directions as wrestlers were knocked down one by one. Once Alberto Del Rio left the ring, a few of the wrestlers took their ladders and tossed them down on him in order to trap him underneath a pile of ladders. In any other type of match this would be considered part of the climax, but in this match it was just the very opening, and it€™s one of the most memorable beginnings to a Money in the Bank match in WWE history.
