WWE: 10 Jobs You Won't Believe That Wrestlers Once Did
1. John Cena Was A Limo Driver
Before wrestling, John Cena would spend many an evening driving around a limo as a chauffeur, which was arguably the most surprising job he took after moving to California to chase his dream. It's hard to imagine him squeezing into one of those black and white tuxedos and wearing a hat, but that's how you may have seen him during that time. Less surprisingly, he was pursuing a career in body-building at the time, and so worked in various gyms. He was even responsible at one point for cleaning and maintaining the famous Gold's gym, while living out of his car. This is not the life the Springfield College graduate would have hoped so. However, he didn't have to pay his dues in such lines of work for too long: after a chance encounter with the right person at the gym, he was in Ohio Valley Wrestling within a year and beginning his journey to the top of the game. It just goes to show, even the guys you think were handed everything, still had to escape a life of mediocrity to chase their dreams.
