WWE: 10 Jobs You Won't Believe That Wrestlers Once Did

3. The Miz Was A Reality TV Star

Despite dreaming of becoming a WWE superstar since a young age, Mike Mizanin first found fame as a reality TV star. He dropped out of college while studying for a business degree to appear on the 10th season of MTV's The Real World in 2001. After that, he spent a few years appearing in a revolving door of those lame shows. A lot of fans may know about his past in that genre but it's a lot more extensive than you might think, as he went on to appear in multiple spin-off series like Real World/Road Rules Challenge, Battle of the Seasons, The Gauntlet, and The Inferno. The Miz made it through all of the challenges on most editions and even won two of them. It sounds like he was a lot more successful in reality TV than he is in wrestling. That being said, he has won a lot of gold including the WWE Championship, many would say undeservedly, so he can't complain too much. He seems to be a lot further down the pecking order these days though. Maybe a return to MTV would be beneficial. I hear a lot of wrestling fans on Raw every week who would agree.
