3. Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns is the one I hope the WWE decide to go with. We have been aware that The SHIELD are due to break up relatively soon and that Roman Reigns is the man they want to carry the business in the future. Reports have also suggested that Roman Reigns is set to have a huge Royal Rumble. I don't see Reigns winning it this early in his career but if he is to have a major impact in the match then Batista must be involved in it somehow. It has been speculated that Reigns is set to have a 'huge' Royal Rumble, perhaps a top three or top five finish which will include a number of eliminations. Similar to what Kane is capable of in the Royal Rumble. This could start at the Royal Rumble if Batista is a late entrant and manages to eliminate a number of high profile superstars, only to be eliminated by Roman Reigns. That elimination alone could set up Roman Reigns to have a brilliant feud with The Animal, and a great match also. Not being able to handle the elimination by a rookie like Reigns, Batista might challenge Reigns to a match and setting up his first solo feud on the main roster. A match at WrestleMania would benefit both the WWE and Roman Reigns as they see him as their future star; especially if Batista allows Reigns to defeat him at WrestleMania. A great feud topped off with Roman Reigns making his mark as a singles superstar. What's not to love?
