Notably, it's the only Wrestlemania triple threat not to have a championship on the line. The match was the culmination of the stable breaking up and as it was Orton's third triple threat at Wrestlemania he knew the drill. It was a perfectly solid match with all three men keeping things fast and interesting with Rhodes and Dibiase fighting over who would finish off Orton. Orton would pick up the win over his former underlings in an energetic outing. Without a title on the line the match was just a fun preliminary bout without much pressure.
