It's been a year of highs and lows for him as we all know. They really did a good job of building him up leading to WrestleMania, which gave us the satisfying ending with the WWE Title. Then he got married to Brie Bella five days after that event. Since that time it's been pretty rough. His dad died about a week after his wedding, so he had to deal with that, the Kane feud did fall flat as you pointed out and now the neck injury is going to put him out for a couple of months. Even when he comes back, we don't know how durable he's going to be. It's not like he's going to take on a lesser schedule. He'll probably work two or three house shows per week, plus TV. Let's hope his neck holds up. Bryan has been on quite a roll for a couple years now. It's been a tough stretch for him, but he's a mentally strong guy that will return as strong as ever. He's my favorite performer in WWE. I'll miss him while he's out.
