From @movieperson8583: What should WWE do to make Dolph Ziggler & Zack Ryder relevant again?
In Ziggler's case, something I have written about is that I think he needs a heel turn because he's much better in that role. Ziggler has a great arrogance about him that makes it easier for him to come off like a cocky jerk. When he's a babyface it's as if he's trying too hard and there just isn't that same sense of natural charisma that there is when he's in the heel role. As for Ryder, a tag team with former partner Curt Hawkins would work. They're both much more polished as performers and since neither guy is on the shows anymore they might as well team up again. A heel turn could work for him although if they were a babyface team that would be fine too. Ziggler is obviously the bigger star and the more talented of the two guys. He's also somebody that needs a character reboot quickly because the longer he stays around as a midcarder going nowhere the more it hurts him.
