3. WWE Needs A Strong PPV Following Wrestlemania
Whether you liked the results or not, there's no denying that Wrestlemania XXX was both successful and memorable. The Streak ended and Daniel Bryan ascended to the top of WWE. The PPV itself is being regarded as the beginning of an entirely new era in wrestling. WWE needs to follow it up with something strong. As is often the way, a good PPV is followed by a bad one. WWE needs to keep the momentum going if it wants to succeed. Extreme Rules usually has a level of intrigue, because it's cited as the one night of the year WWE forgets it's PG friendly ethos. Should a War Games match be introduced to the PPV, the level of intrigue would certainly increase, and ultimately so will the buyrates. It'd also be good for the wrestlers involved. The Shield would benefit from a stand-out performance, while the likes of Batista & Randy Orton need to stay relevant. With all the new stars emerging, there's a chance that more established stars might get relegated from the championship scene. Evolution have to show they're just as relevant as they were 10 years ago.
