When new wrestlers join the roster, they give them a new name and gimmick (except on rare occasions). Should War Games be brought in as a match, there's a strong possibility that WWE would want to put a different spin on it to make it their own. There's a lot of ways the match could be changed from the way they used to play out in WCW. It could take place in just one ring. Or perhaps inside the cell from Hell in a Cell matches, or even the Elimination Chamber instead. The match could also have elimination style rules rather than one fall to a finish. There's also the opportunity to have several members on each team, such as Kane & New Age Outlaws on Triple H's team, and Daniel Bryan & The Usos on the opposite side. Again, there's a lot that can be done to the match to make it different. These potential changes probably aren't necessary, because the match will pretty much be fresh to the majority of WWE's current audience. The options are there though, and might be difficult for the creative team to resist.
