WWE: 10 Reasons The Network Is Going To Be Great

4. Value For Money

$9.99 is ridiculously good value for money. A normal pay per view is around the $40 mark, but now fans will get the event for $9.99 and a month of classic on-demand content to boot. That's an undeniably brilliant deal. The WWE of course is going to make money back on that, fans are locked in for six month subscriptions, a period in which they would perhaps order only one event. A large section of fans only buy one pay per view a year, Wrestlemania, which usually retails at $50. WWE will now tempt these fans to watch Mania for $9.99, in doing so getting six months worth of custom. These fans are then more likely to also keep watching WWE given they have the ease of access, in turn getting them hooked on the product. Given the amount of content for the low price, the WWE Network is primed to take off in a very big way.
