4. A Hot Heel
In the short term, the sensible push for Reigns is as a face. Fans are ready for a turn after a year of seeing the big man as one of the most dominant heels in the business. A face turn is the fresh and exciting angle which will take Reigns to the next level. Long term however, Reigns has a very exciting future as a singles star heel. He is a massive giant who looks like a mean monster, and he wrestles a brutal style which is punishing to his opponent. He will become a huge heel champion at some point. His size, look and style mean that he will play the role of a bully Goliath perfectly against a smaller David type underdog. 2014 could be Reign's year to get over and ascend to the main events as a face. The big turn back to a heel could be done in 2015, and then WWE could trade on his mean giant persona for years to come. The fact that Reigns seems so versatile to get over in a heel or face role means that his long term value as the future of WWE seems very secure.
