Do you remember when Shawn Michaels was bankrupt and started working for JBL? He was made to do everything he could to ensure JBL the headline spot at WrestleMania. The storyline wasn't a massive hit, but the WWE aren't against creating a sequel for a bad story; after all they gave us the Marine 2 and 3. Shortly after HBK€™s financial disaster, Big Show would suffer the same fate; only this time giving his services to The Authority. His actions during this time included him killing the momentum of the Battleground PPV main event, by entering the ring before punching both competitors and the referee; with his interference subsequently ending the match. This attempt at a bankrupt wrestler also failed. So to clarify, two of the company€™s longest serving wrestlers both became broke within a matter of years? Either the WWE does not pay as much as we're led to believe or these guys now own the Mona Lisa, the Statue of David and Christ the Redeemer. Nevertheless, expect John Cena to be €˜broke€™ in two years time. Wrestling€™s worst copycat crime however, is producing new characters that are identical to popular wrestlers of the past.
