But really, for any defence you could make of any of the previous things he did on the list, this is the one that trumps them all. Because ultimately no one else in the promotion is in the kind of position where they could make a difference and change things for the better, and HHH is. Not only that, but he's a really smart guy who is a noted student of the business, and he should and does know better most of the time, but chooses to act like an insecure dick. And for all the good he's done with developmental lately and everything he did to make Batista into a big star, all the other petty stuff he's pulled before and after then kind of eclipse it all and ruin his legacy. And given all the awesome matches he's had and money he's drawn, that's really the biggest disappointment about the whole thing.
