WWE: 10 Superstars Who Will Likely Be Released In 2014
6. Tamina
When Tamina's disappointing run with AJ Lee runs its course, her career in WWE may also be at the end of the road. She's been on the main roster for over three years, and hasn't even held the Divas title once (heck, even Alicia Fox can make that claim). While she looks like she should easily be the most dominant woman on the roster, WWE doesn't push her that way. Pretty much every time she's in a match, she gets rolled up from behind. Even Eva Marie scored a pinfall on her. She should have been the Diesel to AJ Lee's Shawn Michaels. Instead, she's been cast more like Vincent, as her attempts to interfere usually backfire. It's too bad that Tamina wasn't around the WWE about 10 years ago when women like Jazz and Victoria played prominent roles. She would have fit right in. With the Total Divas crew dominating the scene these days, she's left as a background player. At 36 years old, time is running out for her to get over, and it seems doubtful that WWE will giver her a chance to break out on her own.
As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at."
Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week.
