WWE: 11 Wrestlers Who Almost Died In The Ring

6. Kevin Nash Almost Kills Big Show

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjZHamNZz-Q The WCW Souled Out 1998 show was co-headlined by a match which pitted Kevin Nash against The Giant (who you will now know as Big Show). The contest was nothing special, unsurprising when you consider it was Nash and Show, but it has still gone down in wrestling legend for one massive botch. In something which needs to be seen to be believed, Nash lifts Show up for a jack knife powerbomb, but loses his grip midway, meaning he ends up driving Show down into the mat head first. It's a scary thing to behold, the Giant's 7 foot frame and 400 pound weight all came crashing down right on his neck. It's a miracle it didn't kill him, he instead got lucky with just a minor neck injury. We should note as well that Nash apparently suffered a back injury from being unable to lift The Giant. According to Nash, he knew he couldn't lift the weight, but Show had insisted on the spot.
