WWE: 12 Criminal Gimmicks That Should Have Lead To Jail Time

3. Kane Loves Fire

Crime: Arson and attempted murder. The Undertaker has a long and storied history with fire: it played a major part in his backstory when it was revealed by Paul Bearer that his fire-loving hands had been responsible for the death of his parents (and not, as previously assumed Kane) and it has played significant parts in key storylines. As a result, his story brother Kane is also a man marked by fire, quite literally, and he attempted to put an end to 'Taker's association with the WWE using the very thing that had defined his own masked appearance for so long. After Kane's first appearance, Undertaker refused to face him, saying he wouldn't fight his own kin, but that changed when Kane attempted to murder him after 'Taker's WWF Championship title match with Shawn Michaels at the Royal Rumble. Having cost his brother the title, Kane locked him in a casket (what else?), attacked it with an axe (somewhat unnecessarily) and set it on fire to complete the betrayal. Punishment: Life imprisonment.
