WWE: 12 Criminal Gimmicks That Should Have Lead To Jail Time

8. Edge & Lita "Accidentally" Have Sex In Public

Crime: Public indecency, lewd behaviour, not getting a room. Edge really worked hard to earn his R Rated Superstar title, and having cashed in his Money In The Bank briefcase at the New Year's Revolution pay-per-view, he decided to celebrate his subsequent victory in typical fashion by flaunting the rules of public decency and sexy activities. Ignoring the traditional egotistical gloating that his co-workers might have chosen, Edge crowed his dominance over John Cena by treating the fans to a raunchy party in the middle of the ring, which resulted in one of the least accidental "wardrobe malfunctions" in the history of the WWE as Lita's bare breasts were shown in all their glory. Not only was it tasteless, it was also pretty much criminal. Punishment: Public sexiness carries a different sentence depending on the state you do it in, but lewd acts, indecent exposure, and related misdemeanour charges - all of which would be appropriate - can carry a punitive sentence of up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $1,000, with the likelihood being that effectively putting on a sex show for an audience would class at the higher end of the scale.
