WWE: 12 Criminal Gimmicks That Should Have Lead To Jail Time

6. Randy Orton "Killed" The Undertaker

Crime: Murder. Randy Orton was called the Legend Killer for a reason: namely, he actually killed a legend (for a little while anyway) during a feud with the Dead Man. He also assaulted John Cena's father, but Father Beater wasn't ever quite as catchy. Orton first tried to dispense with The Undertaker when he and his father locked him in a casket and then set fire to it, but 'Taker pulled another one of his infamous vanishing acts and made it out "alive", which is more than was assumed after Orton interrupted his own interruption of Kane and Big Show's attempt to smush Rey Mysterio on Smackdown. Having saved the diminutive high flyer from the twin towering heels, 'Taker was sucker-RKOed, and beaten about the head with a tire iron, before Orton drove Eddie Guerrero's car, with the prone 'Taker over the back into the set, making it explode, and "killing" his rival. Obviously 'Taker was going to reveal himself alive, but for a while there the murder was real, and yet nobody seemed at all bothered about detaining Orton. Punishment: Life in prison.
