3. Kizarny
Kizarny was a circus freak character who wrestled a very strange style and sometimes acted as if he was on something the WWE wellness policy would get him suspended for. The character is not a complete WWE creation, but they were responsible for the terrible booking and complete lack of a push for a Superstar who was hyped for several weeks with video packages. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZWfyyUvgFw The character had the potential to be a frightening portrayal of a carny, but he was only given a handful of matches on SmackDown before being released from his contract. This is one of those times when it really seems like someone in WWE just stopped caring three weeks in and gave up on trying to make Kizarny work.
