Fandango was given a big debut at WrestleMania with a victory over Chris Jericho. Now he is losing matches to Santino and Emma. Where did things go wrong? They went wrong as soon as someone said "Hey, you know what would be a great idea for a gimmick? A ballroom dancer!" Because WWE fans are often know for their pasodoble, right? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FaLJMptvdS4 Giving credit where it's due; Fandango sells the hell out of this gimmick. He gets good reactions in certain cities that appreciate his enthusiasm, especially in the UK. While this gimmick has brought him further than Johnny Curtis was getting him, it will never get him to the top. Keeping the arrogant personality as a heel will help, but he needs to lose the dancing part of the gimmick if he ever hopes to get anywhere above where he is now in the pecking order.
