WWE: 12 Life Lessons From Ultimate Warrior's 'One Warrior Nation'

7. Eat Healthy Food

This rule is short, and lacks sweets, if you€™ll pardon the pun. Eliminate all junk food and fast food from your diet. It€™s really too bad that Warrior didn€™t elaborate on this more, because I€™ve seen from other wrestlers€™ blogs that fans like to get diet and workout tips from their heroes. Although perhaps that would go against Warrior€™s decision to keep everything so simple that it defies debate. Just don€™t eat junk food or go to fast food restaurants. If you can do that, it€™s a giant step in the right direction. He also states that the results of eating well will motivate you to learn more about healthy eating habits, so the onus is on us to get educated and act on it. That harkens back to remembering that we are human, and have singular control over our lives. Taking responsibility for tapping into our own greatness, etc. So Warrior keeping the rule so simple makes sense. This is the one rule that made me think of his daughters, who I€™m assuming have been raised on very healthy diets. So I€™m giving a big thumbs-up to this rule, and applaud its simplicity. If you€™re staying home and cooking wholesome foods for yourself, you€™re making a very positive impact on your life.
