WWE: 13 Worst Mic Users In Wrestling History

10. The Great Khali

Rule No. 1 about Monster Heels - if they can't talk, get a manager. Umaga was a great case in point of a superstar who got more heat by the fact that he was led to the ring by a sleazy manager while he roared and decimated opponents. The Great Khali had a manager who was a sleazestack who tried to indulge in lowbrow tactics and draw heat for his charge in Daivari. So the million dollar question is, why would you get Khali to speak at all? When he spoke in Hindi it just made the segments drag in pace because his managers would have to translate for him without drawing anything new to the segment and when he spoke in English as a heel or a face it just didn't work because his English wasn't great. None of this is really on Khali, of course. He would not have learnt English until later in his life and so to ask him to suddenly be adept at it on a English speaking program is far too much to ask. The WWE is truly to blame for taking who they considered to be a Monster Heel and misusing him and then strangely turning him face and making him speak as a novelty act.
