WWE: 15 Best (As Themselves) Wrestler Cameos In TV & Movies

6. Triple H, Mick Foley, And The Big Show Interrupt The Rock - Saturday Night Live

The plot: To be honest, there's not much of a plot, since SNL is a collection of sketches and comedy, but the Main Event of WrestleMania 2000 took over the NBC mainstay a few weeks before The Showcase of the Immortals. The Rock was the host, and did an admirable job, playing himself or a muscle-head in several scenes, while also donning the red overalls to play Mr. Peeper's father at one point. But when his opponents in the WWF World Heavyweight Championship Fatal Fourway match joined him on-screen, it was a true mark-out moment. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKuLtK7HKJ8 Triple H was his usual tough-guy self and Mick Foley was his nerdy, entertaining self, but it was The Big Show - who until this time was really only known for being big and strong outside of a short cameo as "Captain Insano" in Adam Sandler's Waterboy - stole the show. He looked like a big kid on the show, and took his little on-screen time and built it into a new gimmick after WrestleMania, adding humour and his ability to do impressions to his storylines and matches.
