11. The Super Mario Bros. Clean Roddy's Pipes
Plot: Luigi is frantically trying to find "that big, mean wrestler" Roddy Piper's bagpipe that he was supposed to fix, but Mario inadvertently turned them into a new musical vacuum cleaner. Mario (again, Captain Lou) immediately confuses Piper for a hairy woman in a plaid skirt; a mistake, Piper says, few make twice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7zT5sg6xa6M Watching the video clip, it's difficult not to hope that Piper had angrily hit Mario over the head with a gold record, but alas it didn't happen. Instead, the vacuum-bagpipes blew dust into Piper's face, and Mario made a joke about Piper wearing a skirt into New York City (where Piper is set to play the National Anthem on the bagpipes.) The "electric bagpipes" make Piper incredibly happy... like, creepy happy... like, the last few moments of the scene show Piper smiling and laughing in a way never seen before... imagine if his character in They Live had successfully killed all the aliens after two weeks of no sleep: that kind of reaction.
