WWE: 15 Things That Would Greatly Improve WrestleMania

2. Make It About Wrestling

It seems obvious that a wrestling show should be about wrestling. At the risk of sounding like an old time promoter, "Do what it says on the marquee, pro wrestling." It's something WWE doesn't always give the correct consideration toward. If you look up and down previous Mania cards, ask yourself this, how many matches were actually focused on two great wrestlers facing off? All too often we end up with silly matches designed as story pieces as opposed to wrestling contests. This is meant to be WrestleMania, not a B level PPV that's more like Sunday Night Raw. WWE should really focus their efforts on keeping Mania as sacred as possible, a holy ground upon which warriors come to settle their score. The place for storylines and segments is Raw. At WrestleMania we should see the best wrestlers getting a platform to wrestle. It seems obvious, yet all too often it isn't the case.
