WWE: 15 Underrated PPVs You Should Catch On WWE Network

8. Unforgiven 2006

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wY9IYKf4pnY This show is already pretty highly rated, but I€™m including it on the list because it€™s technically a B-show that was treated like anything but. It took place in Toronto, so the crowd was rocking all night. This Pay Per View is the only show to feature a Hell in the Cell match and a TLC match on the same card. It was the first time Edge was treated like a babyface in nearly two years. The match itself was fantastic, and even though people didn€™t like that Cena eventually went over, he deserved the win with a gutsy performance, taking some serious bumps. This show is also noted for Trish Stratus€™s last match as a full-time competitor, as she won the Women€™s Title from Lita and subsequently retired in her hometown. A forgotten aspect of this Pay Per View is Randy Orton vs. Carlito. Carlito had just turned babyface, and was getting a pretty strong push. He more than held his own in this match with Orton. Plus, you get Jeff Hardy and Johnny Nitro tearing it up to open the show for more than 15 minutes. This is easily the show of the year for 2006, so make sure you catch up on it if you haven€™t seen it. I€™d also recommend checking out No Way Out 2006. You€™re watching this Pay Per View for one match, and that€™s Kurt Angle vs. The Undertaker. This match came absolutely out of nowhere in terms of the quality, and it€™s still my vote for 2006 Match of the Year in WWE. This had two stars in the absolute prime of their careers getting plenty of time to tell their story, with a clean ending that still left you wanting to see more. More people need to see this match. Skip everything else on the show and watch this match. This match€oh, this match.
