WWE: 15 Worst Pay-Per-Views Ever

6. In Your House: Great White North

To say this is one of the worst WWE pay-per-views of all-time is the ultimate understatement. This was the lowest drawing pay-per-view in WWE history until December to Dismember rolled around and it deserved every negative comment that came its way. The show began with a pre-taped segment stating that Shawn Michaels had gotten beaten up by either three, eight, or sixteen Marines (depending on who's telling the story) and was unable to job the IC title that night. Instead, Michaels forfeited the title to Shane Douglas who was then immediately put into a match with Scott Hall, where he lost the title. You don't think the Kliq had any backstage power, do you? Goldust made his in-ring debut after months of creepy promos and proceeded to stink up the joint with Marty Jannetty, who was hanging around as a jobber to the stars. Yokozuna challenged King Mabel in a match over who could eat more Big Macs and had one of the slowest, worst matches in recent memory. However, all of that pales to the disaster of main event. Kevin Nash took on the British Bulldog for Nash's world title and had a boring 18 minute match that featured tons of rest holds and a disqualification finish that the live crowd booed out of the building. Vince McMahon, who was doing commentary, was so upset at the end of the match that he threw down his headset and screamed at Nash in front of everyone at ringside. I guess if you really, really want to see Goldust's debut then you can find something good in this show.
