WWE: 15 Worst Pay-Per-Views Ever

8. WrestleMania 13

Notable for being the last Wrestlemania before the launch of the Attitude Era, Wrestlemania 13 was a hastily thrown together card that didn't inspire a whole lot of excitement in the WWF fanbase. The only worthwhile match in the entire event was the classic Bret Hart vs. Steve Austin no-disqualification match that turned Steve Austin into the biggest star in the history of wrestling. The rest of the event however was complete trash that was a permanent cure for insomnia. The opening match was a four corners tag team elimination match featuring four teams that absolutely no one cared about: The Headbangers, Furnas and Lafon, the New Blackjacks, and the Godwinns. The WWF followed that up with an Intercontinental title match featuring Rocky Maivia (The Rock before he became awesome, cool, a good wrestler, or someone you want to see) against the Sultan (Rikishi under a mask). The match was absolutely terrible and fueled the "die Rocky die" chants that caused the Rock's heel turn later that year. The main event featured Sid Vicious going 21 minutes. That sentence right there should be enough to let you know how bad the match really was. Sid had won the world title from Shawn Michaels at the Royal Rumble and dropped it here to the Undertaker in boring match where Sid may or may not crapped his pants, depending if you believe the urban legend or not.
