WWE 1999 PPVs From Worst To Best

4. Fully Loaded

The Good: Fully Loaded featured no single outstanding or classic match but the quality of the matches was consistently high throughout the show, which is more than can be said for a lot of 1999's output. Match of the night honours probably went to either The Rock and Triple H for their overbooked but fun strap match or The Hardy's against The Acolytes. Also worth watching were Edge and Jeff Jarrett's Intercontinental opener and Austin and Undertaker's First Blood brawl, which was one of their better efforts around this time. The biggest miracle of the show, though, was the fact that The Big Bossman actually managed to have a decent match! His Hardcore Title scrap with Al Snow was inventive and a lot of fun. The Bad: Some dross on the undercard, as expected. D-Lo Brown was getting very over but he couldn't drag anything decent out of the awful Mideon. The 'Iron Circle' parking lot match between Steve Blackman and Ken Shamrock really should have been better. The Rest: Not much else to this one. To try and make sense of and explain the storylines during this period is something only Vince Russo would be able to do and, even then, odds are they wouldn't make a lick of sense. This show was miles better than the previous month's King of the Ring.
