17. Revive The Women's Division

One of the worst decisions of the modern WWE, is to discredit women's wrestling to such a degree that fans are left with a division devoid of standout talent, any creative direction and a poorly executed attempt at mimicking a 'Kardashian' style reality show in WWE Total Divas. The ground-breaking time when Lita and Trish main evented RAW is long over. The pioneering attempts by previous female athletes to legitimise women's wrestling in an industry operated by men have been disgraced and undone if WWE fans are to accept the current Divas debacle. Change is urgently needed to end the erosion of women's professional wrestling to the waves of reality sports entertainment. Therefore a concerted effort to revive the Women's Division is urgently needed. The WWE should hire women who can actually wrestle, dump the patronising divas brand and focus on writing dignified storylines that honour the past accomplishments and pioneers of women's professional wrestling. The WWE could easily integrate a revived women's division into the mainstream roster, and crown such a move with the re-commissioned Women's Championship.
