17. Eddie Guerrero Wins The WWE Title At No Way Out 2004
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkx-p_JpYyk The best way to describe Eddie Guerrero during his career was as an underdog. Since he was only about 5'8" he was usually smaller than the guys he was in the ring with. When he challenged Brock Lesnar for the WWE Title at No Way Out 2004 he was definitely the underdog. What happened that night is one of the most favorite moments for a lot of wrestling fans of that era. The referee went down as Lesnar hit a F5 on Eddie and there was no pinfall due to the referee. Then Bill Golderg showed up, Lesnar turned around and Goldberg hit a huge Spear. The crowd went wild for that. Eddie covered, but that wasn't it. The action continued with Lesnar going for another F5, but Eddie was able to counter it with a DDT. Then Eddie went up. Frog Splash. He covered, the ref counted the pin and the fans in San Francisco's Cow Palace went wild for it. Eddie celebrated that moment like it was the biggest night of his life because that's what it was. Sadly, Eddie passed away a year after this. At least he was able to accomplish something special like this and this moment will live on forever.
