The Good: Unforgiven 2000 is a show which really should have been better than it was. Not that it was terrible, by any means, but it was a disappointment considering the talent involved and how good some of the matches looked on paper. Saying that, the Edge and Christian versus Hardy Boys Tag Team Title cage match and the Rock/Undertaker/Benoit/Kane main event were both pretty damn good. The Bad: Steve Austin was set to make his return to the squared circle after almost a year on the bench. As the company's biggest star of, well, all-time, they made sure to have him appear all over the show. Austin's role was to find out who ran him over at the 1999 Survivor Series. Jim Ross sounded like he was about to explode whenever Austin appeared. The original bromance. Kurt Angle and Triple H had a very underwhelming match, which was a shame considering how good their storyline had been up to that point. Kurt didn't yet have the savvy to play the political game but, as a future WWE Champion, he should have found a way to better protect his interests. The Rest: A bunch of filler, the undercard was nothing to write home about. Chris Jericho versus X-Pac, the Hardcore Title invitational and the opening eight-man tag were just matches.
