WWE 2006 PPVs From Worst To Best

5. Unforgiven

The Good: Trish Stratus was given one of the most dignified exits in WWE history, defeating long-time rival Lita clean in her home town with the famed Sharpshooter. Trish was then given a Stratusfying standing ovation and left the arena with the Women's Title. The match was pretty damn good, too. Johnny Nitro and the recently returned Jeff Hardy kicked things off in style. Vince, Shane and Big Show once again unsuccessfully attempted to vanquish DX, this time in Hell in a Cell. A cartoony, silly match, one of the 'highlights' was Vince getting his face shoved up Big Show's bare backside. At least the feud was over... The finish to Randy Orton versus Carlito was stunning... Cena and Edge continued their rivalry in a blistering TLC match. Say what you want about Cena during this period, but he had good to great matches on a regular basis. The Bad: Anyone remember The Highlanders? No? They received a WWE Tag Title shot against the Spirit Squad here. It was as average as you can get. Kane versus Umaga was poor, too. The Rest: The event did 307,000 buys, a really solid number.
