Details are thin on the ground right now, but it sounds like some sort of Create-A-Story framework is on the comeback trail. That's guesswork, to be fair, although..."reworked story system" has this gamer's attention immediately. Universe has needed better tools to craft and play feuds/stories for a while now.
More cutscenes and greater freedom to build the feuds you want sounds nifty.
Don't sleep on Universe, people. Several changes elsewhere (primarily to the creation suite) and the ever-handy Community Creations tabs could turn this into a sleeper hit if 2K gets that "reworked story" content right. It sounds like they fancy reminding players just how cool Universe can be.
