7. Don Muraco

The original 'Rock' Don Muraco held the Intercontinental Title twice and was also the 1985 King of the Ring tournament winner. Well-muscled even late into his career during the '90s, Muraco was so ripped that he looked to be bursting out of his skin. He'd be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame in 2004.

Bizarrely, Muraco won the ECW Heavyweight Title twice, the first win coming a full decade after his initial IC Title run in 1981. Although his first Intercontinental reign lasted 156 days, Muraco's latter reign ran for 385 days, meaning he became the first heel IC Champion to hold the strap for over a year.

Today, Don is retired but can occasionally be found on the autograph circuit at various wrestling conventions. He also previously founded and ran Hawaii Championship Wrestling, but the promotion disbanded in 2008. It may surprise you to learn that Muraco is still fit despite being 68, and he has joked in several interviews that a return to the ring is imminent.
