WWE: 4 Best In Your House PPVs

2. St Valentine€™s Day Massacre

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jP4U-Uzx4Uc The first five matches - Goldust vs. Bluedust, Hardcore Holly vs. Al Snow, Big Bossman vs. Mideon, Hart and Jarrett vs. Henry and Brown and Shamrock vs. Venis €“ were poor, but the three final matches were impressive. Triple H and X-Pac vs. Kane and Chyna was surprisingly good, with Helmsley and Waltman guiding the 8th Wonder of the World through her sections. She had the potential to be a decent wrestler, but lacked the smoothness and know-how of Lita and Stratus. Kane hit Triple H with the Chokeslam and dragged Chyna over him for the Corporation win. After their brilliant €˜I Quit€™ match at Royal Rumble, it comes as no surprise that the follow-up was also exceptional, if not a little bit less violent. The crowd chanted €˜Rocky Sucks€™ but joined in with a spontaneous version of €˜SmackDown Hotel€™ after a People€™s Elbow. A Mandible Claw and Rock Bottom weren€™t enough to get ten counts €“ it was a Last Man Standing bout €“ but, when the pair hit each other with chairs at the same time, both remained down for a draw result. The bout between Vince and Austin inside the cage was one sided, with Stone Cold dominating the boss from the start. McMahon tried to stop the Rattlesnake from leaving, before Paul Wight emerged from under the ring and crushed the former WWF Champion against the cell wall. Unfortunately for Show, he threw Austin against one wall too hard, breaking the cage and allowing McMahon€™s rival to escape and win the match.
