WWE: 4 Reason's I'm Already Hating John Cena Again

3. He Destroyed The Credibility Of Alberto Del Rio's Character

Blog7 1024x682 Okay if we are completely honest with ourselves, the saving grace of John Cena's victory at Hell in the Cell is that we are finally removed of a Champion completely devoid of drawing power. Del Rio's reign with the WHC has been lacklustre to say the least. His feuds have been drab, his promos monotonous and his matches mediocre to good at best. The one enduring element to both his run and his character has been the danger element, or rather it was until John Cena's p*ss extinguished it. When Del Rio reverted to a heel persona earlier in the year, it was primarily down to the merciless beating he gave Dolph Ziggler, returning from concussion, to capture the WHC. Although at that stage his point of remorseless attack was targeted at Dolph Zigglers cranium, he then became known as the man who could seriously f*ck up your arm. His matches comprised of relentlessly targeting your arm, contorting it into unnatural angles before applying his dangerous by reputation cross arm breaker. It was a simple formula, it worked and it was the sole reason I did not fast forward any Del Rio match as it was refreshing to see a submission specialist use focussed and tactical attacks on the body part affected by his finisher (are you listening Miz?) You would think then, that beating a man returning from a serious triceps injury, and of course we all know that triceps derives from the latin meaning 'triple-headed arm muscle', would be nothing short of a walk in the park for Del Rio. I mean, surely if he were to lose a match to a man fresh of an injury that left his elbow looking like a tennis ball that would completely discredit any claim he had to being dangerous? How can you be the man who f*cks up people's arms if you cant f*ck up an arm that's already f*cked? I guess you'd be f*cked right? Oh dear...
