WWE: 5 Awesome Attitude Era Superstars and 5 That Sucked

1. Ken Shamrock

Before Brock Lesnar came back to the WWE, Ken Shamrock was the first UFC fighter to bring some legitimacy to the WWE, during a time when actual wrestling was starting to take a backseat to Attitude. Shamrock had a great series of battles with The Rock over the Intercontinental Title which culminated in Shamrock pinning The Rock to win the 1998 King of the Ring, only to have that moment and the entire pay-per-view overshadowed by Mankind€™s famous Hell in a Cell fall. He also had a decent run as part of The Corporation, which unfortunately had him teaming with the Big Boss Man and winning the tag team titles. Having a nuisance of a hot sister was also a bit of a setback, but at least it gave him an excuse to kick other wrestlers€™ asses. Sadly, Shamrock was never able to solidify his status as a main event superstar, despite having all the tools, well, except for mic skills -- which was a must have back then. But seriously, Ken Shamrock was one of the more underrated, awesome wrestlers of the Attitude Era. So there are 5 superstars that sucked and 5 that were totally awesome. What are your thoughts? Throw us a comment why don'tcha?
