WWE: 5 Best Divas Feuds Of All Time

4. Trish Stratus vs. Victoria

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zf_Odzt3kAQ The Divas division was running dangerously thin on big names in 2002; with Lita and Jazz both out injured for a considerable period of time, Trish Stratus was low on new faces to feud with. After engaging in a fairly belittling feud with Molly Holly (where the crux of the "joke" was that Molly was in some way fat), a new face suddenly entered the frame with a serious grudge against Stratus. Victoria emerged after being introduced by Holly, with a backstory that she too had been offered a contract alongside Stratus when they were both fitness models. Victoria claimed that Stratus had stabbed her in the back though, taking the contract and leaving Victoria behind. With psychotic tendencies, it seemed that Victoria would stop at nothing to get her vengeance. Jerry Lawler noted that it seemed she did not want to "beat" Trish, she actually wanted to "be" Trish. With the two brawling backstage and at ringside, often with weapons involved, a hardcore match was finally scheduled for Survivor Series. In a brutal battle, Victoria would score an "upset" victory after blasting fire extinguisher gas in to Stratus' face. The ladies would continue their feud over the coming months, with Jacqueline and then Jazz becoming involved. The end result was a triple threat match at Wrestlemania XIX, with Trish claiming the title. The two would have altercations over the following years, but nothing would quite top the six-month epic that saw some of the most vicious wrestling the division had ever seen.
