WWE: 5 NXT Wrestlers That Should Be On The Main Roster

1. Paige

Britani Knight Even at the age of 21, Paige is already set for big things with WWE. Hailing from Norwich, England, Paige is the daughter of two professional wrestlers, and from a young age she has honed her skills to become the incredible wrestler she is today. She is admittedly a little different than what fans would expect from a typical diva; with her jet-black hair, her slightly gothic clothes and distinctive performance in the ring. Paige is essentially the self-proclaimed 'Anti-Diva', and she has rightfully received a huge following so far. Paige has been wrestling since she was 13, and that's pretty obvious really. It helps that she was born in a family that lives and breathes wrestling, and her journey towards working for WWE was well documented in Channel 4's documentary, 'The Wrestlers: Fighting with My Family'. Paige's NXT televised debut happened in July 2012, and since then she has had an incredible winning streak, which lead to her becoming the first ever NXT Women's Champion earlier this year and in that time, fans have impatiently awaited her debut onto the main roster. It might be a while before we do see Paige on the main roster, as the time needs to be right. She's great with her promos, she's undeniably unique and she has the killer appearance. Depending on whether or not AJ Lee is a face or heel anytime soon, Paige can surely intervene in a storyline somehow. Let's shift the focus away from the counter-productive Total Divas WWE, and slap Paige right into the limelight. Have her feud against Kaitlyn or AJ Lee. Depending on the Wyatt Family's future, she could even be incorporated as their Sister Abigail. If Heyman is up to it, he could even hire his first Heyman girl, and with Paige's persona, it makes sense. There are quite a few possibilities, but it's just a matter of time. The Anti-Diva is coming.
