4. The Lack Of Superstars
John Cena is a SUPERSTAR. Then where do you look? CM Punk or Daniel Bryan? They're both stars but they're not superstars. They're second tier compared to Cena. Punk's great but he wants out in a couple of years and Bryan has no chance with Triple H's foot on his throat. After the big 3, if you even want to call them that, where do you look? I can go ahead and list all of the wrestlers in the spotlight but that doesn't mean they're stars. They sure as hell aren't superstars. All the true superstars have moved on. Movies, retirement, injury and and what have you. The Rock is a superstar. Brock Lesnar is a superstar. The Undertaker is a superstar. Triple H is a... star. The common denominator with all of these guys is that they're part timers. You can't build towards the future with part timers, you need YOUNG talent that you can build up. They all look great on paper for Wrestlemania but what do you do for the other 364 days of the year? Cena can only do so much.
