WWE: 5 Wrestlers Who Could Be The New Anti-Authority Babyface

2. Dolph Ziggler

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/a6/Dolph_Ziggler_Jan_2013.jpg It's hard to believe that Dolph Ziggler was World Heavyweight Champion less than nine months ago. The Showoff has always been a favourite of the IWC for his ability to make matches seem compelling by his athleticism which is exemplified by the way he is willing to sell others moves by throwing himself around. However it is hard to see the WWE having a grand plan for Ziggler the way he has been made to job to almost every single star in the past three months. Whether is due to the fact that he can throw himself around for the stars that are coming back or whether the WWE are sick of opening his mouth when it should clamped shut doesn't really matter, for as long as he stays in the jobber status he will be wasted material. However the sabbatical of CM Punk may give Ziggler a massive opportunity. There is no doubt the people that heard him rant on the WWE app were pleasantly surprised by Ziggler's directness and his passion- qualities that have not always been associated with his promos. If he was to continue this type of mic work there is no doubt that the WWE could use him as a rebellious babyface who sees himself as being victimised because he's not big or muscular enough for Vince and Co.
