51. William Regal
Maybe the most under appreciated superstar of the 21st Century, William Regal has quietly niched himself a great WWE career. Incredibly well respected by his peers, the south paw Regal is a great worker with a ferocious mean streak. The former WWE Commissioner has had some memorable feuds with everyone from Edge to Jeff Hardy. His latest feud went unnoticed but he helped Dean Ambrose hone his skills in a lengthy feud in NXT. Now he can be seen calling NXT matches as one of the lead announcers or making a rare Raw appearances.
