5. There Will Be A Match Against Triple H

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8YodGpTQBk If you look back at Batista's career and think about what his greatest rival was, there are several big names that can be mentioned such as The Undertaker, Randy Orton, Edge and Cena. However, his best rival was against the man known as Triple H. The Triple H/Batista story in 2005 was one of the best booked angles of the last decade. Triple H was a top guy that usually had the World Title in his possession while Batista was a rising star that suddenly gained a lot of momentum. When Batista won the 2005 Royal Rumble, that led the infamous "thumbs down" contract signing and then their match at WrestleMania 21 where Batista became the World Champion in the main event. Don't forget that they also had a great Hell in a Cell match later in 2005 too. It wasn't a one match feud. It took over six months and they told an awesome story. Is it possible we could see Batista vs. Triple H one more time, nine years after the peak of their rivalry? Absolutely. This is WWE. They love re-doing things they have done in the past. While Triple H isn't likely going to wrestle that many matches in 2014, it's very possible that he will cross paths with Batista and due to their history it could easily lead to a match. A lot of it depends on Triple H. My thinking is that he's going to wrestle a few times in 2014 just because he's positioned as a top heel on television, so it makes sense to see some matches from WWE's COO. Seeing him rekindle his rivalry with Batista could be a lot of fun especially if they touch on their previous history.
