http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLojcz7Mhvc When The Game decided to form a new heel faction back in 2003, he knew exactly how he wanted to do it. Evolution consisted of the past with Nature Boy Ric Flair, the present with himself at the helm and the future with Batista and Randy Orton. And even though some WWE fans were complaining during that time that the group was dominating too much of the company's programming, Hunter silently listened. He listened and he waited. The fact is that from the ashes of Evolution rose a six-time WWE and World champion in Batista and an 11 time WWE and World champion in Randy Orton. Yes, Evolution was Triple H's faction. And yes, it was used to maintain his role as the company's top heel character. But at the end of the day, Triple H was able stand aside and do the right thing for the company. He knew that for Batista and Orton to have any real shot of getting over in WWE that the quickest way there was by association with him. So he took them both under his wing and helped establish them as the future of the company. So much for ego ruling it all. Hunter was responsible for assembling the most dominant force in pro wrestling history at that time, second only to the nWo in terms of championships won and long lasting impact, just behind the original Four Horsemen. Hunter made it cool to be a heel again as he attempted to recreate Flair's iconic group for the new generation. By doing so, he paid respect to those that came before him and after him as well.
