WWE: 6 Reasons Triple H Knows More Than You Do

1. He Uses The Hatred To His Advantage

Triple H As WWE's primary heel authority figure on TV, Triple H can pretty much say or do anything he wants to get heat. This is not to say that he perhaps just improvises every spot he's involved in but truth be told, he most certainly could. Why is that exactly? Because The Game knows what the popular opinion of him is and he would be very smart to use that to his advantage every time he opens his mouth. And for anyone who doubts just how how real the heat is that Hunter has with WWE fans, go back and relive the recent storyline between The Authority and Daniel Bryan. Triple H is being blamed by a great number of fans for Daniel Bryan not being WWE champion right now. Think about that for a moment. Daniel Bryan, an untested WWE main event Superstar, gets his first ever opportunity at the top prize in the industry. He wrestles against an established champion that has full backup from the most dominant heel faction in the company. He is setup to fail at every turn thanks to one underhanded heel tactic after another, placed into situations that he cannot possibly get out of. And when he doesn't win the title, Triple H has somehow "buried" him? This is where Hunter's rep comes into play. Because if fans are already thinking these things about him, then why not use it in the angle? By taking all of the heat for Daniel's shortcomings right now, Triple H only becomes more and more hated. His status as WWE's top heel grows by a mile and the notion that Hunter is doing all of this to stroke his own ego is even more validated than at any time in his recent career. The truth is that Bryan was not a main event caliber star in the eyes of the WWE faithful before his heat with The Authority. But he is now. And if the company decides to move forward with him as the unified champion in 2014, then it will not only be a logical next step, it will likely get over even more than if he had beaten Randy Orton for the WWE Championship in 2013. And the man who has taken the blame for holding Bryan back in the first place will suddenly be the smartest one in the room. For Triple H, it's just another day at the office.
