5. Alex Riley
The former buddy of The Miz is still a wrestler in WWE, but these days if you watch shows like NXT you know him as an announcer. He's also served on the pre and post shows on Raw and Smackdown that air on WWE Network. It's a bit bizarre that WWE has almost given up on the 32 year old as an in-ring talent because he did show great potential, but if they like him as an announcer then he should take advantage of that opportunity. It's no surprise that he feels comfortable at the commentary desk because his father is a sportscaster. Those genes must run in the family. What Riley can offer viewers is more of a fresh perspective because he's wrestled a lot of the guys that are in the ring. He can relate to the audience better than the guys that are in their 40s or 50s that haven't had a match in many years. If they're looking for somebody that's a fresh face that is more relatable to the younger audience then Riley is a great pick.
