WWE: 7 Announcers Who Should Replace Jerry Lawler

3. Tensai (Jason Alberts)

It's a name most fans probably wouldn't think of in relation to the possibility of joining the announce team, but Tensai has actually been very good since he started doing commentary on NXT. Even though he wasn't known for his promos when he was Albert, A-Train or Tensai, he's shown an ability to have fun while calling the matches. He'll do silly things like dance along with Emma, which is hilarious when it's a 350 pound guy with a really deep voice doing it. What's also interesting to note is that it looks like Tensai has quietly retired because he's going by the name of Jason Alberts now. It's a very generic name that feels pretty random, but at least the Alberts part is a nice tribute to what his former WWE name was. He seems committed to the new role, which means he's somebody that WWE can develop for a more prominent announcing role. Tensai's a guy that knows the locker room well because he was a part of the active roster for the last couple of years and he can relate to the talent in the ring. He's really comfortable on commentary already. As long as he continues to develop in that role then he's somebody that WWE should consider for the Raw desk if Lawler retires soon.
